Re: Facebook Killed the Forum
Dan. I do read the posts without logging in to the site. But I agree that Facebook has my undivided attention for Mopar related stories, events, cars and Plymouth people. I do appreciate all the great work everyone has put into this site. And I use it for a first reference for technical issues, how ...

Re: Finally!
Dan. Thanks for all your work keeping the site going and updated. I have not been on the site for a very long time, it has been a trying year for us all. I would like to see the old files updated in the Forum, especially the Showcase. Many of the original car owners from 15 to 20 years ago have sold...

Re: Fifteen Years of 59plymouth.net
Dan, "Thanks, Larry! Any chance we'll see your beautiful Sport Fury at Chrysler Nationals? :D" Unless I am able to borrow a enclosed car trailer from one of my Car Club buddies I will most likely drive down in my daily driver. It is a 420 mile drive ... about 7 hours 30 minutes for me... ...

Re: Fifteen Years of 59plymouth.net
Hi Dan, Oh ... I still own my 1959 Sport Fury... I have not been active on the site that much last year ... I will keep my Plymouth until I pass away... I have her back on the road again. New brake shoes and brake cylinders all around... I had a right rear axle oil leak that I had to repair. I had s...

Re: Fifteen Years of 59plymouth.net
Congratulations on 15 years of news, technical information, personal diaries and historical Plymouth stories. A lot of quality information on one site. A lot of time and commitment. A lot of hard work and contributions by all. I would like to see the next 15 years integrate new members and new owner...

Re: Fury horn ring
Many thanks for your great advice. I looked into Koch's last year and came up with dead ends. There was a 1959 Sport Fury car for sale last year that had a recently restored steering wheel. The seller did not disclose where he had the work done, but I knew that this service was still available becau...

Re: Fury horn ring
Following this thread with interest...I need the clear plastic redone on my Sport Fury wheel.
Who would you recommend to recast a Sport Fury wheel? I have looked into online companies but have no feedback from other 1959 Fury owners .
Any advice would help. Thanks.

Re: Calling all build cards
Dan, Quite a paradox on the early days of manufacturing automation. I would have guessed Alignment registration punches - as you said if the tabulating machine detected holes in these positions, it knew the card was registered correctly for reading the other punches My early years working at Pfizer ...

Re: 2017 Patriotic Local Home Town Parades
Dan, I was at Carlisle two years ago and it was fabulous. Our local Rotary Club is having our Annual Car Show on Saturday July 15 at the Town Fairgrounds - we expect over 1,000 people and over 250 Classic Cars. I am committed to work at this Classic Car Show this weekend. Unfortunately I cannot atte...

Re: Faulkner gets a Redo
I like the classic look of these whitewall tires and they are radials so they have a much better ride.
Good deal with Amazon.... I wonder if you had bought them from Coker directly or from Jegs or Tire Rack, would you have had to pay for shipping?
